Few publications have been made in International Journals. Dr Choudhury is the Founder Chairman & Pain Physician of Samvedana Hospital, which started its operations in April 2004. Samvedana Hospital is a specialty pain management hospital which provides integrated comprehensive pain management of all kinds of chronic pain, using modern interventional pain modalities; from simple trigger point injections to spinal cord stimulator implantation & intrathecal drug pumps. We combine scientifically proven complimentary therapies to interventional pain modalities for better results. Dr Choudhury also provides pain management service at JCI accredited Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. Dr Choudhury is an anaesthetist/ neuroanaesthetist by training and specializes in pain management. He has been to many reputed pain management centers as a visiting faculty, like Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital NY, Barnes Hospital, Washington University, St Louis, and Central Texas Pain Centre (with whom Samvedana is associated). He has attended Annual meetings of Americal Academy of Pain Management, American Pain Society; the last being in May 2012 at Austin Texas. Dr Choudhury has been conducting many pain conferences & hands-on cadaver workshops with the help of prominent Indian & American Pain physicians. Held a "Chronic Pelvic Pain" conference in association with SIG group of International Association of Study of Pain. Many American pain physicians are faculty to Samvedana and they visit regularly for clinical & academic purposes. Organization
