Fantastic doctor. I had a small eruption on my upper, over a period of three days the said eruption caused excruciating pain and my lips were swollen like tennis ball. Worried, I first took an appointment with Manan Mehta at Medanta, without even looking at it properly he just randomly mentioned it was an Allergic reaction and prescribed me steroids and two to three antihistamine, I kept on telling him that there is an eruption looks like pus to me and it's not itchy, it paining badly..He paid no heed he just said tke the medicines for 10 days you will be fine. I was not convinced with his diagnosis. I booked an appointment with Dr Niti Gaur of Citrine Clinic Gurgaon, she also did not even look at the eruption closely and confidently prescribed me medicines for herpex simplex, I have seen my mother having herpex, it used to be in clusters and no such abnormal swelling happens in herpex as it happened in my case. Disheartened with these two aforesaid good for nothing doctors, I booked an appointment with Dr Shobit Caroli, through Appollo online, he asked me to send pictures of the eruptions, he analysed the pictures properly and told me it was furunculosis, a bacterial infection he gave me some antibiotics and pain killers as well as ointments, on his advice and convinced with his diagnosis I took the medicines and applied the ointment. It was twenty percent healed the next day and in a span of five days it was completely healed. He is good doctor, listens to the complaints of the patients properly, analyses the problem area and does a perfect diagnosis. Very highly recommended. Dr Manan Mehta of Medanta Medicity Gurgaon and Dr Niti Gaur of Citrine Clinic Gurgaon are absolutely clueless and careless dermatologists. Will never recommend them to anyone. Highly disappointed. Dr Shobit Caroli deserves 5 stars.

I visited the Doctor today to take an opinion for my father Para thyroid problem . Doctor spends lot of time listening to you and reads all the reports thoroughly and gives proper guidance . Really gem of a person who is not money minded but keen to provide her services . Her team at the clinic are also quite efficient and they value your time . Need more such duty minded doctors. Dr. Jayashree Gopal has been my doctor for 8 years and she is a consummate expert. She's patient, articulate and to-the-point.

I've been consulting with Dr. Jayashree for thyroid and sugar-related problems for the last 5 years. Her approach to treatment is systematic - her assistant logs your history and available blood work, checks pressure, etc. each time you visit - and she suggests lifestyle modifications without overdosing on medicines. She provides all the necessary information regarding your condition and the medicines she gives you, and answers any questions you might have patiently. She may come as off terse or rude since she sticks to the task at hand - your problems, blood work, and the medicines to take, but I feel this is justified since she's very busy on most days. I have visited her at Apollo Hospital and at her Kotturpuram clinic. In my experience, the wait at Apollo has been longer than at her clinic. The clinic does a decent job at managing the patients by breaking them up into slots and making sure the delay isn't too much. The consultation fee is on the higher side, but I feel this is worth it.

Really good doctor. Doesn't force medicines on you if they don't have the desired effect and regularly checks your condition each appointment to assess if the problem is improving or not. Recommended
