    1. Pediatric neurosurgical issues: Pediatric brain tumours, pediatric movement disorders( like Tourette's syndrome), abnormal head shape and craniosynostosis, complex hydrocephaluus, spinal dysraphisms/ spina bifida with complex malformations, chiari malformation, craniovertebral anomalies, selective dorsal rhizotomy/ intrathecal baclofen for spasticity( adult and children), MoyaMoya disease, vascular anomalies,( AVF, AVM, aneurysm)

      2.Medically refractory epilepsy in adults and children: Temporal lobe epilepsy, focal cortical dysplasia, hemispheric syndromes( Rasmussen's encephalitis), post stroke seizures, stereotactic EEG for localization, Vagal nerve stimulation

      3. Post stroke or head injury Spasticity in adults and children for baclofen pumps/ rhizotomy

      4. Parkinson's disease, Dystonia, Obsessive compulsive disorder, severe tremors : for consideration of Deep brain stimulation( DBS)

      5. Refractory bladder dysfunction : Neurogenic bladder or over active bladder due to old age, spinal cord or brain injury with urgency, incontinence, frequency, spina bifida Non-obstructive urinary retention due to residual cauda equina.

      6. spinal cord stimulation for refractory pain( ischemic, peripheral, phantom limb, post spinal surgery, etc) and spinal cord functional restoration( post traumatic para / quadriplegia)

     

    7. Neuro-oncology: Awake craniotomy, fiber tracking Tractograpphy based surgeries, fluorescencenavigation guided surgeries, endoscopic endonasal skull base surgeries.
