Research Experience
- A brief stint at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Bombay, India, studying genetics and development of the fruit -fly. The project involved looking at the olfactory response of the fruit-fly to various chemical solutions. This research activity gave me an insight into the fundamentals of molecular and developmental biology and also experience in laboratory work with DNA staining and immumohistochemistry.
