1) Biliary disease:
- Bile duct stones: Endoscopic removal of large, hard, difficult to remove stone using Spyglass and Electrohydraulic lithotripsy.
- Bile duct strictures: Endoscopic management of bile duct narrowing due to conditions boil post gallbladder surgery, pancreatitis, portal biliopathy etc., causing obstruction to the flow of oils and jaundice. These are managed by endoscopic treatment by placing multiple plastic stents and/ or by placing retrievable metal stents.
- Bile duct cancer: Obtaining tissue from bile duct cancer using Spyglass Technology and also providing relief of jaundice by placing plastic or metal stent across the bile duct block caused by the tumors.
2) Pancreatic diseases:
